      Real-time audio/video processing in software

      DekTec Matrix API is a set of DTAPI classes for the real-time processing of audio and video data received/transmitted with DekTec SD-, HD- and 3G-SDI input and output interfaces. It abstracts from threading, memory management and hardware complexities allowing your application to focus on processing the video, audio and auxiliary data

      • Optimized multi-threading architecture with low end-to-end delay
      • Callback based interface
      • High level of configurability, such as the number and depth of matrix rows and the ability to specify which parts of the AV frame to access
      • Support for uncompressed 4K input and output

      • Software-based processing of uncompressed video and audio in real-time e.g:
        - Key and fill generators

        - Frame-rate converter
        - Logo inserter
